There’s demand for solar. There’s support from President Biden for solar. Solar takes land, and the BLM has a lot of land. It’s doing utility-scale solar planning and one place it is considering is Oregon.

Some land might be set aside for solar. Some land might be excluded. Some land might be allowed to have it with a variance. There are already such plans in some states, such as California. Oregon could be next.
