Felony arrestsFailure to appear — James Dean Bagwell, 37, of the 16000 block of Highway 66, Keno. Ashland police arrested Bagwell Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Bagwell was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
Parole violation — Richard Harold Churchill, 40, of the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Churchill Monday on a parole violation for first-degree burglary. Churchill was lodged in jail without bail.
Sexual abuse — Arturo Calerdon Coyotl Jr., 28, of the 7000 block of Northeast 12th Street, Vancouver, Washington. Medford police arrested Coyotl Monday on charges of second-and third-degree sexual abuse. Coyotl was lodged in jail without bail.
Vehicle theft, probation violation — Samantha Kay Dietrich, 19, of the 1300 block of Meridian Road, Eagle Point. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge issued an order for custody of Dietrich Dec. 17 on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Dietrich was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail but also bound over on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence of alcohol and a probation violation for second-degree assault.
Failure to appear — Jeremy Robert Gates, 41, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gates Monday on charges of failure to appear for parole violations on felony strangulation and unlawful use of a weapon. Gates was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Alisa Diana Jo Harrington, 35, of the 7000 block of Dark Hollow Road, Medford. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge issued awarrants for Harrington for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft, felony driving with a suspended or revoked license, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and providing false information to a police officer. Harrington was lodged in jail on $40,000 bail.
Restricted weapon possession — Aaron Joseph Lacombe, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Lacombe Monday on charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, second-degree criminal trespass and a probation violation for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Lacombe was lodged in jail without bail.
Assault — Clifton Eugene Patterson, 38, 1800 East Barnett, Medford. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge ordered custody Jan. 5 for Patterson on charges of felony fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Patterson was lodged in jail without bail.
Probation violation — Matthew James Schroeder, 32, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Schroeder Saturday on a probation violation for first-degree burglary. Schroeder was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Martinez Thomas, 69, of the 600 block of Grape Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Thomas Monday on warrants for failure to appear on a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree criminal trespass. Thomas was lodged in jail without bail.
