Felony arrests
Cocaine — Luis Angel Alcazar, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Alcazar Sunday on charges of felony unlawful possession of cocaine and unlawful delivery of cocaine. Alcazar was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $500,000 bail.
Parole violation, failure to appear — Pablo Arriola-Herrera, 45, of the 7000 block of Timberline Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Arriola-Herrera Sunday on a probation violation for driving under the influence of alcohol. Arriola-Herrera was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass, hit-and-run for property damage and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Arriola-Herrera was also arrested for a parole violation on a charge of first-degree robbery. Arriola-Herrera was lodged in jail on $17,500 bail.
Failure to report as a sex offender — Jacob Isaac Akers, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Akers Sunday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Akers was lodged in jail and released.
Child sex crimes — Jose Anthony Babb, 30, of the 2000 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Babb Saturday on charges of first-degree online sexual corruption of a child, second-degree online sexual corruption of a child and luring of a minor. Babb was lodged in jail without bail.
Theft, burglary — Michael Caleb Baker, 37, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Baker Sunday on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief. Baker was lodged in jail on $40,000 bail.
Drug possession and delivery, fugitive — Saul Chavez-Garcia, 44, of the 600 block of Blakeley Street, Montesano, Washington. Medford police arrested Chavez-Garcia Sunday on charges of unlawful delivery of cocaine, unlawful possession of cocaine and on a warrant as a fugitive to Washington. Chavez-Garcia was lodged in jail on $750,000 bail.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Jacob Alexander Dees, 24, of the 1000 block of Oak Grove Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dees Monday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree theft by deception. Dees was lodged in jail and released.
Theft — Maurine Dobrovinskya, 42, no known address. Ashland police arrested Dobrovinskya Monday on a charge of first-degree theft. Dobrovinskya was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Shane William Gartin, 49, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gartin Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Gartin was lodged in jail on $7,000 bail.
Sexual abuse — Shannon Lee Hurst, 34, of Bursell Road, Central. Medford police arrested Hurst Monday on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. Hurst was lodged in jail and released.
Felon — Steven Mayhew, 31, of the 8000 block of Gooseberry Court, Antelope, California. Central Point police arrested Mayhew Monday on a warrant as a fugitive to California. Mayhew was lodged in jail and released.
Parole violation, burglary — Trever Gordon Nugent, 31, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Nugent Sunday on a parole violation for first-degree burglary. Nugent was lodged in jail without bail.
Mischief burglary, theft — Bailey Russell Overby-Brod, 23, of the 300 block of Morningside Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Overby-Brod Saturday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Overby-Brod was lodged in jail and released.
Vehicle theft — Anthony James Sulli, 34, of the 2000 block of Pioneer Road, Talent. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Sulli Monday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree theft by deception. Sulli was lodged in jail ,and a bail amount was not listed.
Failure to appear — Cody Bill Eider, 29, of the 2000 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Eider Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on second-degree criminal trespass. Eider was lodged in jail and released.
Failure to appear — Jessica Shannon Fernandes, 37, of the 300 block of South Orange Street, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Fernandes Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft. Fernandez was lodged in jail on $8,000 bail.
Failure to appear — Sage Merlin Limberland, 23, of the 7000 block of Highway 140, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Limberland Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Limberland was lodged in jail and released.
Probation violations — Monty Joe Allsop, 59, of the 3600 block of Avenue C, White City. Allsop was arrested Friday for probation violations on first-degree sexual abuse. Allsop was lodged in jail without bail.
Fugitive — Matthew Warren Arnold, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Arnold Thursday on a warrant as a fugitive to Washington. Arnold was lodged in jail without bail.
Probation violations — Noah Tengi Bogart-Woeltje, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Bogart-Woeltje Friday on probation violations on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and unlawful use of a weapon. Bogart-Woeltje was lodged in jail without bail.
Drugs — Mandron Alfred Coulter, 45, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge issued a custody and release order for Coulter, who was arrested for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of a schedule II controlled substance. Coulter was also arrested on charges of third-degree theft and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Coulter was lodged in jail on $75,000 bail.
Violating release, failure to appear — Michael Louis Duffield, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Duffield Thursday on contempt of court for violating a release agreement. Duffield was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of felony strangulation-domestic abuse, third-degree robbery, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Duffield was lodged in jail and released.

Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hilton Friday on a charge of interfering with a police, parole or probation officer. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Johnson Thursday on first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and theft of services. Johnson was also arrested on a parole violation for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.
Unlawful use of a weapon, failure to appear — Lorenzo Lilly, 52, of the 800 block of Diamond Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lilly Thursday on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree assault. Lilly was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of resisting arrest. Lilly was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Ismael Luna-Esparaza, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Luna-Esparaza Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of reckless burning. Luna-Esparaza was lodged in jail and released.

Identity theft, fraudulent credit card — Kenneth John Clowers, Jr., 52, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Clowers Friday on charges of identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Clowers was lodged in jail and released.
Theft, criminal mischief, burglary — Travis Ryan Daniels, 34, of the 1500 block of Cleander Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Daniels Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and resisting arrest. Daniels was also arrested on charges of reckless burning, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Daniels was lodged in jail on $21,000 bail.
Parole violation — Camile Christine Eider, 59, of the 2100 block of Kings Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Eider Friday on a parole violation for felony unlawful possession of heroin and second-degree criminal trespass. Eider was lodged in jail without bail.

Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Harvey Saturday on charges of second-degree online sexual corruption of a child, using a child in the display of sexually explicit content and luring a minor. Harvey was lodged in jail on $150,000 bail.
Probation violation — Ian Thomas Marker, 35, of the 1400 block of Brookhurst Street, Medford. Ashland police arrested Marker Friday on probation violations for first-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine-less than one ounce. Marker was lodged in jail without bail.
