Probation violation — Peaches Chawnta Brown, 40, of the 500 block of Monroe, Medford. Medford police arrested Brown Monday on a probation violation for felony unlawful possession of heroin. Brown was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released.

Parole violation — Scott Raymond Burrill-Martin, 29, of the 400 block of West Rolling Hills Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Burrill-Martin Monday on a parole violation for felony fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Burrill-Martin was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Charles Wayne Burton, 53, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Burton Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of fourth-degree assault. Burton was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Ronald Alan Castro, 63, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Castro Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft and a wildlife offense. Castro was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — David Henry Eskotter, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Eskotter Thursday on charges of felony failure to report as a sex offender, second-degree criminal trespass and false information to a police officer. Eskotter was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

Identity theft — Austin Glenn Ganey, 28, of the 200 block of Cedar Street, Brookings. Jackson County sheriff’s office arrested Ganey Thursday on charges of identity theft, false information to a police officer and a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine-less than one ounce. Ganey was lodged in jail without bail.

Parole violation — Ryan Kelly Hale, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Hale Thursday on parole violations for identity theft. Hale was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Michael James Jones, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Jones Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Jones was lodged in jail and released.

Violating restraining order, failure to appear — Caleb Joseph Manbeck, 36, of the 200 block of Eva Way, Talent. Ashland police arrested Manbeck Thursday on a charge of contempt of court-violating restraining order and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Manbeck was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Daniel Charles McCarthy, 58, of the 2000 block of North Main Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested McCarthy Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, providing false information to a police officer. McCarthy was lodged in jail on $12,500 bail.

Warrant for felon — Martin William Mitchell, 43, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mitchell on a warrant for his arrest to California. Mitchell was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Burton Scott Morreno, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Moreno Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of menacing, fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. Morreno was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Forgery — James Richard Pawlack, 65, of the 200 block of East McAndrews Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Pawlack Thursday on a charge of second-degree forgery. Pawlack was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Joycelyn Estefania Rizo, 25, of the 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Rizo Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Rizo was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Angelo Ray Short, 46, of the 2000 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Ashland police arrested Short Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Short was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Molly Marie Tucker, 29, of the 700 block of Tivoli Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Tucker Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine-more than one ounce. Tucker was lodged in jail on $11,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Heather Rene Ulrey, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Ulrey Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Ulrey was lodged in jail and released.
