Arrests

Vehicle theft — Chad Dylan Baldridge, 31, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Baldridge Saturday on charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, attempted unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and second-degree criminal trespass. Baldridge was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Fletcher Lee Crandall, 33, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Crandall Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree theft, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass. Crandall was lodged in jail and released.

Theft, failure to appear — Gerald David Leonardo, Jr., 36, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Leonardo Saturday on a charge of third-degree theft and on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Leonardo was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Criminal trespass — Bonnie Noelle Libbett, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Libbett Sunday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and contempt of court for violating a restraining order. Libbett was lodged in jail and released.

Probation violation — Michael David McDermott, 59, of the 3600 block of Avenue G, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McDermott Saturday on a probation violation for felony fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. McDermott was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, vehicle theft, drugs — Jesse Justin Tyme McGivern, 30, of the 800 block of Northeast Eighth Street, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested McGivern Saturday on charges of attempted first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. McGivern was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft, domestic abuse — Ivan Monroe, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Monroe Sunday on charges of first-degree theft and fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Monroe was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Andrew Gallagher Norris, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Norris Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Norris was lodged in jail and released.

Unlawful use of a weapon — Marshall Buck Paccassi, 39, of the 8000 block of Highway 238, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Paccassi Saturday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and menacing. Paccassi was lodged in jail without bail.

Parole violation — George Allen Savage, 59, of the 1000 block of North Third Street, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Savage on a parole violation for felony first-degree animal abuse. Savage was lodged in jail without bail.

Unlawful use of a weapon — James Edwin Taylor, 50, no known address. Medford police arrested Taylor Sunday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, second-degree disorderly conduct and attempted second-degree assault. Taylor was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, failure to appear — Joshua Steven Ware, 40, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ware Sunday on a charge of second-degree theft and warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and menacing. Ware was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Christopher Allen Barzee, 40, of 1900 block of Hutchinson Circle, Medford. Medford police arrested Barzee Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of reckless endangerment and reckless burning. Barzee was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Juan Ramon Hernandez, 29, of the 1000 block of Dakota Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hernandez Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, reckless endangering, menacing, second-degree criminal mischief. Hernandez was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Floyd Edward Jay, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jay Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of contempt of court for violating a restraining order. Jay was lodged in jail and released.

Forgery — Jayson Wayne King, 38, of the 500 block of Mazama Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested King Friday on a charge of first-degree forgery. King was lodged in jail and released.

Vehicle theft, failure to appear — Adriana Kaye Logan, 34, of the 500 block of Addison Street, Klamath Falls. Medford police arrested Logan Saturday on a charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft. Logan was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Forgery — Michael Cramer Lostaunau, 30, of the 2000 block of Kerisdale Ridge Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Lostaunau Friday on charges of first-degree forgery, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and third-degree theft. Lostaunau was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Daniel George Montgomery, 44, no known address. Central Point police arrested Montgomery Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Montgomery was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Harley James Sharpe, 24, of the 2000 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Sharpe Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree robbery, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Sharpe was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Jacob Phillip, Valente, 46, no known address. Talent police arrested Valente Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of attempted fourth-degree assault, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree theft. Valente was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic abuse — Alejandro Villa, 44, no known address. Talent police arrested Villa Saturday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Villa was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft — Brian David Williams, 40, of the 3000 block of Avenue G. White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Williams Saturday on charges of aggravated first-degree theft and providing false information to a police officer. Williams was lodged in jail and released.

Extradition — Bridgitte Marie Williams, 35, of the 100 block of California Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Williams Friday on a charge of second-degree theft and on a warrant for extradition as a felon back to California. Williams was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal trespass — Jeffrey Daniel Wyatt, 38, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Wyatt Friday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Wyatt was lodged in jail and released.

Parole violation — Michael Jay Blakeney, 26, of the 20 block of Corning Court, Medford. Medford police arrested Blakeney Friday on a parole violation for coercion and a custody violation. Blakeney was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Jarryd Janine Boynton, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Boynton Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of harassment. Boynton was lodged in jail and released.

Vehicle theft — Jarrin Scott Clemens, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Clemens Friday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Clemens was lodged in jail and released.

Criminal trespass — Jon Allen Firehammer, 48, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Firehammer Friday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree theft, first-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief. Firehammer was lodged in jail without bail.

Robbery — Ty Allen Hall, 39, of the 400 block of Ross Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hall Friday on charges of third-degree robbery, second-degree theft and harassment. Hall was lodged in jail and released.

Eluding police, failure to appear — Malia Kayann Masonheimer, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Masonheimer Friday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Masonheimer was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft and a probation violation for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Masonheimer was lodged in jail and released.

Probation violation — Joshua Edward McLaughlin, 33, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested McLaughlin on a probation violation for attempting to elude police by vehicle. McLaughlin was lodged in jail and released.

Parole violation — Benjaman Roma Miller, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Miller Thursday on a parole violation for attempted first-degree burglary. Miller was lodged in jail without bail.

Robbery — Bailey Russell Overby-Brod, 23, of the 300 block of Morningside Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Overby-Brod on charges of third-degree robbery, third-degree theft and probation violation for second-degree burglary. Overby-Brod was lodged in jail without bail.

No license, failure to appear — Charlie Bud Seal, 51, of the 4000 block of Lower River Road, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Seal Friday on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Seal was lodged in jail without bail.

Probation violation — Lupe Andrea Sotello, 31, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Sotello Thursday on a charge of second-degree trespass and a probation violation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Sotello was lodged in jail on $6,000 bail.

Failure to appear — David Stuart Walden, 61, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Walden Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Walden was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.
