Arrests

Failure to appear — Charles Wayne Burton, 53, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Burton Monday on a charge of third-degree theft, an out of county warrant to Josephine County and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Burton was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Damon Dwight Dragoo, 49, of the 2000 block of Springbrook Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Dragoo Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of felony driving with a suspended or revoked license and hit and run with property damage. Dragoo was lodged in jail without bail.

Burglary — Jason John Robert Drayer, 37, of the 8000 block of Kyra Lane, White City. Parole and probation officers arrested Drayer May 3 on charges of first-degree theft and first-degree burglary. Drayer was also arrested on a parole violation for felony strangulation-domestic abuse. Drayer was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.

Attempted eluding of police, parole violation, failure to appear — Travis Frederick Fraser, 32, of the 600 block of Scenic Drive, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Fraser Monday on attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving, driving under the influence of controlled substances, unlawful possession of methamphetamine-more than one ounce. Fraser was also arrested on a parole violation for unlawful delivery of heroin and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Fraser was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal mischief — Eric Glenn Horvath, 40, of the 100 block of Onyx Street, Eagle Point. Central Point police arrested Horvath on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, second-degree assault, menacing-domestic abuse, strangulation, unlawful use of a weapon. Horvath was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Randi Mary Ann Lewis, 38, of the 14000 block of Highway 234, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lewis on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of contempt of court. Lewis was released on her own recognizance.

Failure to appear — William Alfredo Moreno, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Moreno on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of felony unlawful possession of heroin. Moreno was lodged in jail and released.

Burglary — Curtis Lorne Whittington, 57, of the 6000 block of Honey Tree Lane, Central Point. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge set custody and release conditions for Whittington, who was arrested on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Whittington was lodged in jail on $17,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Krystian Jonathan Worthington, 48, no known address. Medford police arrested Worthington Monday on a charge of providing false information to a police officer and warrants for failure to appear on charges of public indecency and false information to a police officer. Worthington was lodged in jail on $8,000 bail.
