Arrests
Failure to appear — Stephanie Diane Deberry, 39, warming center, Medford. Medford police arrested Deberry Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of identity theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Deberry was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.
Domestic abuse — Stephen Tyler Friedson, 37, of the 7000 block of Monument Drive, Grants Pass. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Friedson Saturday on charges of coercion-domestic violence, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Friedson was lodged in jail and released.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Naomi Claire Moulard, 31, of the 600 block of King Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Moulard Sunday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Moulard was lodged in jail and released.
Failure to appear — Miranda Kay Nelson, 29, of the 3000 block of Randall Avenue, Central Point. Medford police arrested Nelson Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft. Nelson was lodged in jail and released.
Attempted rape and sodomy — Genaro Sanchez Bautista, 29, of the 2000 block of West McAndrews Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Bautista Sunday on charges of attempted first-degree rape, attempted second-degree rape and attempted first-degree sodomy. Bautista was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Nathan Patrick Smith, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and providing false information to a police officer. Smith was also arrested on a parole violation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Smith was lodged in jail without bail.
Hit-and-run — Sadie Lynn Trostel, 25, of the 900 block of Hopkins Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Trostel Sunday on a felony charge of hit-and-run with injury. Trostel was lodged in jail and released.
Failure to appear — Douglas Andrew Vanert, 57, no known address. Medford police arrested Vanert Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine-less than one ounce and second-degree theft. Vanert was lodged in jail and released.
Failure to appear — Jade Amasa Waldon, 23, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Waldon Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license. Waldon was lodged in jail and released.
Failure to appear — Dustin John Bell, 48, of Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bell Friday on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Bell was lodged in jail and released.
Failure to appear — Alyssa Rae Leiby-Wise, 25, of the 400 block of Highway 99, Eugene. Phoenix police arrested Leiby-Wise Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Leiby-Wise was lodged in jail and released.
Criminal mischief and trespass — Bryan Everardo Lozano, 22, of the 3000 block of Avenue H, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lozano on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. Lozano was lodged in jail and released.
Criminal trespass, probation violation — Jesse Lee Rider, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rider Friday on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass and a probation violation for felony driving under the influence of intoxicants. Rider was lodged in jail without bail.
Reckless endangering, probation violation — Eugene William Smith, 26, of the 1000 block of 2nd Avenue, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Smith Saturday on numerous charges of reckless endangerment, a single charge of reckless burning and a probation violation for felony fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Smith was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Charles Ray Anthony, 71, of the 8000 block of Gladstone Avenue, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Anthony was lodged in jail without bail.
Attempted burglary, failure to appear — Chelsea Starr Burke, 32, no known address. Burke was arrested Thursday on charges of attempted first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and mail theft. Burke was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Burke was lodged in jail and released.
Theft, escape, failure to appear — Justin Paul Byrd, 29, of the 500 block of Midway Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Byrd Thursday on a charge of first-degree theft, third-degree theft and escape. Byrd was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft, third-degree theft and resisting arrest. Byrd was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.
Burglary, theft — Samantha Paige Gairson, 28, of the 2000 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gairson Thursday on charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Gairson was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.
Marijuana item possession — Ryan James Gartin, 30, of the 1000 block of West Main Street, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Gartin Thursday on a felony charge of unlawful possession of a marijuana item by a person over 21 years of age. Gartin was lodged in jail and released.
Domestic abuse — Kristopher Aaron Hacker, 41, no known address. Ashland police arrested Hacker Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of misdemeanor fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and contempt of court. Hacker was lodged in jail without bail.
Criminal trespass — Bryan Everardo Lozano, 22, of the 3000 block of Avenue H, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lozano Friday on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. Lozano was lodged in jail and released.
Burglary, criminal trespass — Steven Thomas McNamee, 48, of the 4000 block of Barbara Jean Way, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McNamee Thursday on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, harassment and contempt of court. McNamee was lodged in jail on $65,000 bail.
Domestic abuse — Andrew John Megarit, 33, of the 30th block of Myrtle Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Megarit Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and menacing-domestic abuse. Megarit was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
Probation violation — Yasmany Mesa, 31, of the 2000 block of Southwest 184th Avenue, Miami, Florida. Parole and probation officers arrested Mesa Friday on a probation violation for felony unlawful manufacture of a marijuana item. Medford police arrested Mesa on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm. Mesa was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.
Assault — Thomas Michael Sapling, 18, of the 3000 block of Avenue G, White City. Eagle Point police arrested Sapling Friday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. Sapling was lodged in jail and released.
Failure to appear — Omar P. Sheikh, 64, of the 2000 block of Highway 66, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Sheikh Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Sheikh was lodged in jail and released.
Failure to appear — Richard Lewis Smith, 75, of the 200 block of North Holly Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Smith Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Smith was lodged in jail and released.
Failure to appear — Taylor Dianne Smith, 26, of the 10000 block of Southwest Davies Road, Beaverton. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Smith Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of false reporting, supplying contraband, second-degree criminal trespass, theft of services and false information to a peace officer. Smith was also arrested on a failure to appear warrant for a parole violation on unlawful possession of heroin. Smith was lodged in jail and released.

Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tuenge Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, attempted unlawful delivery of heroin, misdemeanor unlawful possession of heroin and felony unlawful possession of heroin. Yuenge was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Corrina Anne White, 45, no known address. Central Point police arrested White Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft. White was lodged in jail and released.
