Arrests

Failure to appear — Jaymie Kate Allen, 31, no known address. Ashland police arrested Allen Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief. Allen was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Domestic abuse — Miguel Joseph Barron, 43, of Galls Creek Access Road, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Barron Monday on a charge of felony failure to report as a sex offender. Barron was also arrested on a probation violation for felony fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Barron was lodged in jail without bail.

Suspended license, failure to appear — Chrissy Joyce Connor, 43, of the 400 block of Hillcrest Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Connor Monday on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and providing false information to a police officer. Connor was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of aggravated harassment, interfering with a police officer, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct. Connor was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, trespass, failure to appear — Joseph W. Mazzini, 30, of 20000 block of Highway 62, Shady Cove. Medford police arrested Mazzini Sunday on charges of second-degree theft, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Mazzini was also lodged on warrants for failure to appear on probation violations for identity theft and first-degree theft. Mazzini was lodged in jail on $66,000 bail.

Failure to appear — William Edward Bingham, 59, no known address. Medford police arrested Bingham Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Bingham was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — John Robert Gratta, 46, of the 1000 block of Coghill Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Gratta Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft. Gratta was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Logan Frost Harper-Vega, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Harper-Vega Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on a charge of contempt of court. Harper-Vega was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Amanda Lea Hayden-Moore, 26, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hayden-Moore Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Hayden-Moore was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Driving with a suspended or revoked license, domestic violence — Robert Eugene Ware Hyder, 36, of the 6000 block of Foley Lane, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hyder Saturday on charges of felony driving with a suspended or revoked license, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Hyder was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Joshua Allen Mundt, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Mundt Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Mundt was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Jessica Alma Munoz, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Munoz Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful possession of heroin. Munoz was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Theft, failure to appear — Jason William Lee Potts, 33, of the 2000 block of West Main Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Potts Sunday on a charge of second-degree theft. Potts was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of providing false information to police and a probation violation for third-degree robbery. Potts was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Failure to appear — Matthew Jay Prinslow, 39, of the 400 block of Ambrose Street, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Prinslow Sunday on a felony charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Prinslow was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Daniel James Burda, 40, no known address. Talent police arrested Burda Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief. Burda was previously lodged in jail for second-degree manslaughter, aggravated identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree theft, criminally negligent homicide, first-degree criminal mistreatment and second-degree abuse of a corpse. Burda was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Ronald Allen Castro, 63, of the 600 block of Grape Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Castro Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Castro was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Kevin Hokuokolea Coussens, 42, of the 400 block of Cheney Creek Road, Grants Pass. Ashland police arrested Coussens Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft. Coussens was lodged in jail and released.

Domestic violence — Cameron Albert Gillott, 26, of the 2000 block of Connell Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Gillott Friday on charges of coercion-domestic violence, menacing and harassment. Gillott was lodged in jail without bail.

Vehicle theft — Kent Bradley Hansen, 37, of the 100 block of Landsiedel Lane, Grants Pass. Eagle Point police arrested Hansen Friday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and interfering with a police officer. Hansen was lodged in jail and released.

Theft — Heidi Lynn Lyman, 57, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lyman Saturday on a charge of first-degree theft. Lyman was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Vehicle theft, probation violation — Joshua Edward McLaughlin, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested McLaughlin Saturday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal trespass and driving with a suspended or revoked license. McLaughlin was also arrested for a probation violation on a charge of attempting to elude police by vehicle. McLaughlin has been previously arrested and convicted on charges of vehicle theft and he is currently lodged in jail without bail.

Forgery — Breanna Claudette Peaslee, 34, of the 1000 block of Progress Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Peaslee Friday on charges of first-degree forgery and third-degree theft. Peaslee was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Domestic abuse — Duncan Lee St. Clair, 49, of the 20th block of Newton Street, Medford. Medford police arrested St. Clair Saturday on charges of felony strangulation-domestic abuse and felony fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. St. Clair was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to register as a sex offender — David Shane Gilbert, 53, of the 6000 block of North Grape Street, Medford. The Bureau of Land Management arrested Gilbert on charges of misdemeanor failure to report as a sex offender and violating a city ordinance. Gilbert was lodged in jail without bail.

Identity theft — Richard L. Buelna, 30, of the 7000 block of Hale Way, White City. Medford police arrested Buelna Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft and negotiating a bad check. Buelna was also arrested on a probation violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Buelna was not listed in jail logs Monday.

Failure to appear — Mary Jane Elizabeth Feetham, 37, of the 300 block of Yew Wood Drive, Shady Cove. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Feetham Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Feetham was lodged in jail without bail.

Felon in possession of a firearm — Trevor James Hood, 21, of the 3000 block of Ingalls Drive, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hood Thursday on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm. Hood was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

DUI, license suspended — Abraham Caine Smith, 38, of the 1000 of Pinegrove Road, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Smith Thursday on charges of felony driving with a suspended or revoked license. Smith was also arrested on a probation violation for felony driving under the influence of intoxicants. Smith was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.

Unlawful use of a weapon — Eric Austin Wheale, 57, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Wheale Thursday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor fourth-degree assault. Wheale was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Wheale was lodged in jail without bail.
