Arrests

Cocaine, methamphetamine charges — Yamel Alejandro Arciga, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Arciga Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful manufacture of cocaine, unlawful delivery of cocaine, unlawful possession of cocaine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Arciga was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Domestic abuse — Scott Allen Bigelow, 36, of the 2000 block of Silver Palm Drive, Medford. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge set custody and release conditions for Bigelow, who was arrested on a felony charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and strangulation-domestic abuse. Bigelow was also arrested for interfering with making a police report, tampering with a witness, violating a no contact order and harassment. Bigelow was lodged in jail on $58,500 bail.

Controlled substance — Jonathan Andres Collins, 31, of the 2000 block of Haven Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Collins Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, unlawful manufacture of a schedule II controlled substance and unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Collins was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.  

Trespass — Caitlin Marie Davis, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Davis Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Davis was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Domestic abuse — Faith Diane Edmonds, 18, no known address. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge issued custody and release conditions on charges of felony strangulation-domestic abuse and harassment. Edmonds was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

Assault — Marjan Ezzati, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Ezzati Tuesday on charges of second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and harassment. Ezzati was lodged in jail without bail.

Driving while suspended, failure to appear, probation violation — Enrique Fuentes Martinez, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Martinez Tuesday on charges of hit-and-run resulting in property damage, driving with a suspended or revoked license. Martinez was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for driving under the influence of alcohol. Martinez was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail.

False information to police, failure to appear — Leanna Renee Hampton, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hampton Tuesday on a charge of providing false information to a police officer. Hampton was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Hampton was lodged in jail without bail. 

Robbery — Heather Marie Kandra, 34, of the 5000 block of Norgold Lane, Klamath Falls. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kandra Monday on charges of third-degree robbery, second-degree theft, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Kandra was also arrested on an out of county warrant to be extradited to Klamath County. Kandra was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Fred Otto King II, 54, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested King Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree bias crime, third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree assault. King was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Rachel Marie Mathews, 29, no known address. Talent police arrested Mathews Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful manufacture of a schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance and unlawful delivery of a schedule II controlled substance. Mathews was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail. 

Fugitive, failure to appear — Nicholas Lou Morrow, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Morrow Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of forgery, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and third-degree theft. Morrow also was wanted on a fugitive warrant from Washington. Morrow was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to register as sex offender — Jose Luis Panuco, 30, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Panuco Tuesday on a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender. Panuco was also arrested on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and theft of services. Panuco was lodged in jail and released. 

Failure to appear — Gabrielle Audrey Rasmussen, 22, of the 1500 block of Valley View Highway. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge issued custody and release conditions for Rasmussen, who was arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, first-degree forgery, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree forgery, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. second-degree theft, third-degree theft and hit-and-run resulting in property damage. Rasmussen was lodged in jail without bail.
