Arrests

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Erica Lynn Baker, 28, of the 3000 block of Avenue G. White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Baker on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Baker was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Assault — Emily Kayla Rae Ann Carroll, 30, of the 200 block of Ollis Road, Cave Junction. Medford police arrested Carroll Monday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor harassment. Carroll was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Kya Mystique Collins, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Collins Sunday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Collins was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Collins was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Failure to appear, probation violation — Joseph Lloyd Cozo, 54, of the 3000 block of Avenue G, White City. Medford police arrested Cozo Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for driving under the influence of alcohol. Cozo was lodged in jail without bail. 

Vehicle theft — Carl Lee Fadling, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Fadling Monday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Fadling was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Domestic violence — Benjamin Acey McNabb, 57, of the 1000 block of Fish Lake Road, Butte Falls. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge issued custody and release conditions for McNabb, who was arrested on charges of unlawful use of a weapon-domestic violence, menacing-domestic violence and pointing a firearm at another person. McNabb was not listed in jail logs Tuesday.

Vehicle theft, probation violation — Christopher Allen Muller, 33, of the 1000 block of Kings Highway, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Muller Monday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Muller was also arrested on a probation violation for driving under the influence of alcohol. Muller was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Eric Scott Norris, 52, of the 6000 block of Downing Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Norris Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Norris was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Ngitchob Heather Renguul, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Renguul Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Renguul was also arrested on a fugitive warrant from Douglas County. Renguul was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Tyler Michael Douglas School, 32, of the 300 block of Ivy Street, Medford. Ashland police arrested School Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. School was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Megan Ann Thompson, 44, of 100 block of Neil Creek Road, Ashland. Medford police arrested Thompson Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Thompson was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Alexander M. Timothy, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Timothy Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree robbery. Timothy was lodged in jail without bail. 

Marketplace
