Arrests

Fugitive — Kennedy Marie Karpf, 25, of the 500 block of Maple Street, Shelton, Washington. Medford police arrested Karpf Wednesday on a warrant as a fugitive from justice. Karpf was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Fugitive — William Charles Williams, 40, of the 20th block of East Shorewood Boulevard, Shelton, Washington. Medford police arrested Williams Wednesday on a warrant as a fugitive from justice. Williams was also arrested on an out of county warrant from Douglas County. Williams was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Cody Edward Adams, 31, of the 1000 block of Stratford Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Adams Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Adams was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Vehicle theft — Scott Anthony Chapman, 54, of the 2000 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge issued custody and release conditions for Chapman, who was arrested Oct. 6 on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and failure to report as a sex offender. Chapman was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and failure to report as a sex offender. Chapman was lodged in jail on $32,500 bail.

Robbery — Timothy Joseph Correina, 50, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Correina Thursday on charges of first-degree robbery, third-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm and reckless endangering. Correina was lodged in jail and released. 

Criminal mischief — Derrick Nathanial Griffith, 31, of the 1000 Steven Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Griffith Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft. Griffith was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Domestic abuse — Lee Bert Jones, 42, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jones Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Jones was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal mischief — Domanic James Mendolia, 21, of the 2000 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Mendolia Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence of alcohol, hit-and-run resulting in property damage, reckless endangering, escape, reckless driving, attempting to elude police by foot, attempting to elude police by vehicle and resisting arrest. Mendolia was lodged in jail without bail.

Unlawful possession, manufacture of marijuana — Christopher Thomas Origlio, 33, 30000 of Mission Trail, Lake Elsinore, California. Medford police arrested Origlio Thursday on felony charges of unlawful possession of a marijuana item by a person over 21 years of age and unlawful manufacture of a marijuana item. Origlio was lodged in jail without bail.
