Arrests

Medford police arrested Campbell Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of a city ordinance offense. Campbell was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Cheyanne Davis, 32, of the 200 block of Garden Row, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Davis Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Davis was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Scott Mark Dixon, 61, of the 500 block of Franquette Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Dixon Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Dixon was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Public indecency — Kelly Vess Finchum, 72, no known address. Ashland police arrested Finchum Saturday on a felony charge of public indecency, misdemeanor failure to report as a sex offender and second-degree criminal trespass. Finchum was lodged in jail and released.
Theft — Ty Allen Hall, 39, of the 400 block of Ross Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Hall Sunday on a charge of first-degree theft. Hall was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Andrew Lewis Hettinga, 32, of the 900 block of North Rose Street, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Hettinga Sunday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Hettinga was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Niko Tanner Jones, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Jones Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree robbery, third-degree theft, harassment. Jones was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Kenneth Wayne Long, 62, no known address. Medford police arrested Long Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree burglary and probation violations for coercion and attempting to elude police by vehicle. Long was lodged in jail without bail.
Criminal mischief, failure to appear — George Harold Oakley III, of the 2000 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Oakley Sunday on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, reckless endangering and warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. Oakley was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Oregon State Police troopers arrested Yandell Monday on a felony charge of driving while with a suspended or revoked license. Fugitive — Robert Buchanan Burzinski, 31, of the 400 block of Hilsinger Road, Phoenix. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Burzinski Friday on a fugitive warrant from California. Burzinski was lodged in jail without bail.

Central Point police arrested Mesta Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine-less than one ounce and reckless driving. Fernando was lodged in jail and released.

Medford police arrested Ritchey Thursday on charges of attempted second-degree assault-domestic abuse, second-degree criminal mischief, reckless endangering and reckless driving. Ritchey was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.
Hit-and–run — Tonya Marie Scallon, 42, of the 600 block of Hedy Jayne, Medford. Medford police arrested Scallon Thursday on a felony charge of hit-and-run resulting in injury. Scallon was also arrested on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless endangering, second-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked license. Scallon was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Corrina Anne White, 45, no known address. Medford police arrested White Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of a city ordinance offense. White was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
Theft — William Edward Bingham, 59, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police Bingham arrested Bingham Saturday on charges of third-degree theft and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Bingham was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Identity theft — Glenda Sue Christian, 74, of the 800 block of Hazel Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Christian Saturday on charges of identity theft and second-degree forgery. Christian was also arrested on a parole violation for first-degree theft. Christian was lodged in jail without bail.
Assault on a police officer, failure to appear, parole violation — Taylor Ann Dickson, 30, of the 1000 block of Inverness Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Dickson Saturday on assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. Dickson was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of resisting arrest and escape. Dickson was also arrested on a parole violation for unlawful possession of methamphetamine-less than one ounce. Dickson was lodged in jail without bail.

Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dodge Friday on a felony charge of driving under the influence, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Dodge was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Dodge was not listed in jail logs Monday.
Arson — Kristine Ann Panietz, 72, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Panietz Saturday on charges of first-degree arson, first-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangering. Panietz was also arrested on charges of second-degree robbery and second-degree theft. Panietz was lodged in jail on $11,000 bail.
Fugitive — Damian Jacob Powell, 32, of the 200 block of 24th Street, Saint Joseph, Missouri. Phoenix police arrested Powell Saturday on a fugitive warrant from Kansas. Powell was lodged in jail without bail.
Domestic abuse — Jesus Hipolita Salinas, 41, of the 7000 block of Gold Ray Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Salinas Friday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon-domestic violence, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Salinas was lodged in jail without bail.
Parole violation, failure to appear — Riley Patrick Wray, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Wray Saturday on a parole violation for a felony charge of unlawful possession of heroin. Wray was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of contempt of court. Wray was lodged in jail without bail.
