Arrests

Failure to appear — Ted Richard Bozenski, 67, of the 2000 block of Falcon Street, White City. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge arrested Bozenski Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. Bozenski was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $40,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Celena Sue Carter, 53, of the 1000 block of Highway 234, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Carter Saturday on a charge of city ordinance offense. Carter was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Unlawful use of a weapon — Allen Lee Criswell, 56, of the 2000 block of Silvia Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Criswell Sunday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, second-degree disorderly conduct and menacing. Criswell was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

DUI, failure to appear — Bradley William Held, 32, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Held Monday on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and a warrant for failure to appear for harassment. Held was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Charles Eric Jackson, 34, of the 2000 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Jackson Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Jackson was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Domestic abuse — Anthony Monty Neal, 39, of the 3000 block of Camina Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Neal Sunday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon-domestic violence, menacing-domestic abuse and reckless endangering. Neal was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail.

Failure to appear — John Fitzgerald Riddle, 45, of the 1000 block of West 2nd Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Riddle Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for first-degree theft. Riddle was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Taylor Faye Shay, 25, of the 11000 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Shay Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. Shay was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Felon in possession of a restricted weapon, failure to appear — Randall Eugene Thom Jr., 42, of the 300 block of Cascade Drive, Central Point. Medford police arrested Thom Monday on a charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and a warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license. Thom was lodged in jail on $9,000 bail.

Domestic abuse — Steven Michael Thornley, 30, of the 700 block of West 14th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Thornley Monday on a felony charge of strangulation-domestic abuse. Thornley was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Logan Zachary Vanderkooi-Smith, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Vanderkooi-Smith Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Vanderkooi-Smith was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Joshua Lee Wright, 36, of the 700 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Wright Sunday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and reckless driving. Wright was lodged in jail without bail.
