Arrests

Failure to appear — Zane Raynier Hatcher, 32, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hatcher Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of aggravated first-degree theft, aggravated identity theft and first-degree forgery. Hatcher was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.

Animal abuse, failure to appear — Natasha Marie Hillman, 34, of the 1000 block of Thomas Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Hillman Wednesday on charges of first-degree animal abuse, first-degree animal neglect and a city ordinance offense. Hillman was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for resisting arrest. Hillman was lodged in jail without bail.

Unlawful use of a weapon — Philip Daniel Sipress, 32, of the first block of Coral Lane, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Sipress Wednesday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, reckless driving, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. Sipress was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

Theft — Bowen Anthony Scott Walker, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Walker Wednesday on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and false information to a police officer. Walker was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Methamphetamine — William Alexander Hughes, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Hughes Tuesday on unlawful possession of methamphetamine-more than one ounce, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. Hughes was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assaulting a police officer, failure to appear — David Arlo Jackson, 36, of the 5000 block of Crowfoot Road, Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jackson Tuesday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, assaulting a police officer, interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest. Jackson was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of warrants for failure to appear on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft, attempted first-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of heroin and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Jackson was lodged in jail without bail.

Robbery — Andrew Gallagher Norris, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Norris Tuesday on charges of third-degree robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft. Norris was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Incest — Armondo Jose Palomino, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Palomino Tuesday on charges of incest, first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sodomy, second-degree criminal trespass and a city ordinance offense. Palomino was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of third-degree theft. Palomino was lodged in jail without bail.

Robbery — Ryan Benjamin Taal, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Taal Tuesday on charges of third-degree robbery, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Taal was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
