Arrests
Theft — Crystal Aguilar, 39, of Denver, Colorado. Central Point police arrested Aguilar Wednesday on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. Aguilar was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.
Assault — James Andrew Barco, 36, of the 2000 block of Orrin Drive, Medford. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge issued custody and release conditions for Barco on charges of first-degree assault, second-degree assault, identity theft, second-degree forgery and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Barco was lodged in jail on $210,000 bail.
Failure to appear — Mitzy Marie Conley, 38, of the 20th block of Dunlap Road, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Conley Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, felony unlawful delivery of a marijuana item, unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful manufacture of heroin, unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. Conley was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Maurine Dobrovinskya, 43, no known address. Ashland police arrested Dobrovinskya Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Dobrovinskya was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
Assault — Anna Marie Granacki, 21, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Granacki Wednesday on charges of second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Granacki was lodged in jail on $150,000 bail.
Stolen vehicle — James Maurice Henry, 34, of the Springdale, Maryland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Henry Wednesday on charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, carrying of concealed weapons and providing false information to police. Henry was lodged in jail and released.
Failure to appear — Jeffrey Michael Hobson, 49, of Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hobson Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and reckless burning. Hobson was lodged in jail without bail.
Rape — Joseph Latu, 31, of the 200 block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Latu Wednesday on charges of first-degree rape and first-degree kidnapping, first-degree assault, coercion, first-degree criminal trespass. Latu was lodged in jail on $1 million bail.
Failure to appear — Jacob Edward Martin, 32, of the 5000 block of New Hope Road, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Martin Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on felony charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, strangulation-domestic abuse and misdemeanor reckless endangerment. Martin was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Brooke Catherine Niderost, 43, of the 2000 block of Fox Run, Medford. Medford police arrested Niderost Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Niderost was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Daisy Jenny Overlander, 34, no known address. Ashland police arrested Overlander Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of city ordinance offense. Overlander was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
Theft, failure to appear — Mark Lewis Radley, 47, no known address. Medford police arrested Radley Wednesday on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft, second-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving and driving while on a suspended or revoked license. Radley was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a probation violation for contempt of court. Radley was lodged in jail without bail.
