Arrests

Attempting to elude police — Jeffrey Alan Barker, 58, no known address. Medford police arrested Barker Sunday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle, reckless driving, reckless endangering and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Barker was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Stephanie Diane Deberry, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Deberry Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of identity theft and second-degree theft. Deberry was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic abuse — Ty Allen Hall, 39, of the 400 block of Ross Street, Medford. Hall was arrested on charges of felony strangulation-domestic abuse, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, first-degree theft, third-degree robbery, second-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police by vehicle, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass, reckless driving. Hall was also arrested on charges of first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and attempting to elude police by vehicle. Hall was lodged in jail on $36,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Devanta Bell Mader, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Mader Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct. Mader was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Tyler Scott McCauley, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested McCauley Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree theft. McCauley was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — James Leroy Nunn, 58, no known address. Medford police arrested Nunn Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree child neglect, unlawful manufacture, and possession and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance. Nunn was also arrested on charges of possession, manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine. Nunn was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — James Richard Pawlak, 65, of the 2000 block of East McAndrews Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Pawlak Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Pawlak was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Damian Jaime Pillardo, 45, of the 2000 block of Connell Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Pillardo Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief. Pillardo was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Theft by receiving — Justin Angelo Thompson, 33, of the 1000 block of Lacey Lane, Redding, California. Phoenix police arrested Thompson Monday on charges of felony theft by receiving, first-degree forgery, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and second-degree theft. Thompson was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Domestic abuse — Alexsis Guillermo Arellanes-Sanchez, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Arellanes-Sanchez Sunday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Arellanes-Sanchez was also arrested on a charge of harassment. Arellanes-Sanchez lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
