Arrests

Sexual abuse — Ken. H. Atcheson, 53, no known address. Medford police arrested Atcheson Monday on charges of third-degree sexual abuse and second-degree criminal trespass. Atcheson was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released. 

Criminal trespass, failure to appear — Dustin John Bell, 48, of the 11000 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Bell Monday on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Bell was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Robbery — Levi Steven Cortez, 34, of the 2000 block of Holly Street, Klamath Falls. Medford police arrested Cortez Monday on charges of third-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, third-degree theft and menacing. Cortez was also arrested as a fugitive wanted in Klamath County. Cortez was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail. 

Failure to appear — Robert Andrew Goerz, 39, of the 500 block of Countryside Drive, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Goerz Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of felony unlawful possession of heroin and misdemeanor unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Goerz was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Parole violation — Daniel Jerome Haas, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Haas Tuesday on a violation of his parole, which stems from his previous conviction of second-degree arson. Haas was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Joseph Lee Hamilton Jr., of the 1000 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hamilton Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Hamilton was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Criminal trespass — Andrea Denise Linn, 48, no known address. Central Point police arrested Linn Tuesday on charges of attempted first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct. Linn was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Escape, failure to appear — Ashley Dawn Mora, 33, of the 100 block of Pacific Highway, Talent. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge set custody and release conditions for Mora, who was arrested on a charge of third-degree escape. Mora was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of identity theft, second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Mora was also arrested as a fugitive wanted in Douglas County. Mora was lodged in jail on $12,500 bail. 

Unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance, failure to appear — Joshua Harris Nichols, 37, no known address. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge set custody and release conditions for Nichols, who was arrested on a felony charge of unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Nichols was also arrested on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Nichols was also arrested on probation violations for unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful possession of methamphetamine-less than one ounce and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Nichols was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Jason Michael Ostreicher, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Ostreicher Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, fourth-degree assault, harassment, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Ostreicher was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail. 

City ordinance offense, failure to appear — Kelsey Manya Pindar, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Pindar Tuesday on a charge of city ordinance offense and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of city ordinance offense. Pindar was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Probation violation — Anjelica Julianna Rivas, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Rivas Monday on a probation violation for a felony charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Rivas was lodged in jail without bail. 

Parole violation — Joseph Lou Christopher Sather, 31, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Sather Tuesday on a parole violation for a felony charge of unlawful possession of heroin. Sather was lodged in jail without bail. 

Parole violation — Adan Manuel Valdez, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested Valdez Tuesday on a parole violation for attempted murder. Valdez was also arrested on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Valdez was lodged in jail without bail. 

City ordinance offense, failure to appear — Charles Nathan Worley, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Worley Tuesday on a charge of a city ordinance offense. Worley was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of fourth-degree assault, reckless endangering and harassment. Worley was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
