Arrests

Coercion, fugitive — Benjamin Cruz Clacker, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Clacker Monday on charges of coercion, fourth-degree assault, strangulation-domestic abuse and interfering with making a report. Clacker was also arrested as a fugitive wanted in Josephine County. Clacker was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. 

Assault, failure to appear — Charles Jules De Raedt, 48, no known address. Medford police arrested De Raedt Monday on a charge of fourth-degree assault and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. De Raedt was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Menacing, unlawful use of a weapon — Sergio Diaz-Garcia, 21, of the 1000 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Diaz-Garcia Monday on charges of menacing-domestic abuse and unlawful use of a weapon. Diaz-Garcia was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft — Maurine Cammila Dobrovinskya, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested Dobrovinskya Monday on a charge of first-degree theft. Dobrovinskya was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Charles Sherman Hungerford II, 35, no known address. Ashland police arrested Hungerford Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of city ordinance offense. Hungerford was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Tyler Joseph Lopez, 40, of the 4000 block of Carberry Creek, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Lopez Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of attempted first-degree theft. Lopez was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Criminal trespass — Larry Brad Rogers, 61, no known address. Medford police arrested Rogers Monday on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. Rogers was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Aggravated harassment — Christina Frances Trejo, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Trejo Monday on charges of aggravated harassment, second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Trejo was also arrested on charges of resisting arrest, providing false information to an officer, menacing, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, harassment-misdemeanor and a city ordinance offense. Trejo was lodged in jail on $36,000 bail.

Third-degree theft, failure to appear — Shannon Michelle Trubenbach, 49, of the 1000 block of Scott Street, Medford. A Medford Municipal Court judge set custody and release conditions for Trubenbach, who was lodged in jail on a charge of third-degree theft. Trubenbach was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft and third-degree theft. Trubenbach
