Arrests

Theft — Allen Totten Behrle, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Behrle Thursday on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal mischief and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft. Behrle was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Unlawful possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear — Zachariah James Carnegie, 36, no known address. Talent police arrested Carnegie on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a warrant for contempt of court for violating a restraining order. Carnegie was lodged in jail without bail.

Assaulting a police officer — Salvatory Juliono Chichavich, 59, of the 700 block of North Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Chichavich Wednesday on charges of assaulting a police officer and second-degree disorderly conduct. Chichavich was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Robbery — Bruce David Cooke, 39, of the 1000 block of Northwest Eden Street, Roseburg. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Cooke Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on first-degree robbery, second-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Criminal trespass, failure to appear — Andrew Michael Couser, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Couser Wednesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. A Medford Municipal Court judge issued custody and release conditions for Couser, who was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree theft. Couser was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Couser was lodged in jail $23,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Justin Grant Kilduff, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Kilduff Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Kilduff was lodged in jail without bail.

Providing false information to a police officer, failure to appear — Gerald David Leonardo Jr, 37, of the 2000 block of Brownsboro Highway, Eagle Point. Phoenix police arrested Leonardo Thursday on a charge providing false information to a police officer. Leonardo was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree theft. Leonardo was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal trespass, failure to appear — Nicholas Ryan Long, 38, of the 600 block of North Grape Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Long Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Long was also arrested on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree robbery and third-degree theft. warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree robbery, second-degree theft, third-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and harassment. Long was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, failure to appear — Daniel Dewayne Plaza, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Plaza Thursday on a charge of third-degree theft and failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Plaza was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assault, unlawful use of a weapon — Kristopher Wayne Simpson, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Simpson Wednesday on charges of second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Simpson was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Edward Lee Welcher, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested Welcher Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of fourth-degree assault. Welcher was lodged in jail and released.

Theft, failure to appear — Billy Deiontre Woods, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Woods Thursday on a charge of second-degree theft and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft. Woods was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
