Failure to report as a sex offender — Miguel Joseph Barron, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested Barron Monday on felony charges of failure to report as a sex offender. Barron was also arrested on a probation violation for a felony charge of unlawful possession of a marijuana item of a person over 21 years old. Barron was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

City ordinance offense, failure to appear — Shawn Patrick Case, 54, no known address. Medford police arrested Case Monday on a charge of city ordinance offense. Case was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of resisting arrest. Case was lodged in jail without bail. 

Domestic abuse — Preston Scott Martinez, 27, of the 2000 block of Parkwood Village Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Martinez Monday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Martinez was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Anthony Wayne Quimby, 35, no known address. Ashland police arrested Quimby Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Quimby was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Kamiray Elizabeth Tucker, 29, of the 2000 block of Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Tucker Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of fourth-degree assault. Tucker was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
