Arrests

Domestic abuse — Mark S. Coates, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Coates Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Coates was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $7,500 bail.

Unlawful manufacture, delivery of methadone within 1,000 feet of a school — Sueanne Mitchelle Couch, 33, of the 2000 block of Campus Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Couch Tuesday on charges of unlawful manufacture of methadone within 1,000 feet of a school, unlawful delivery of methadone within 1,000 feet of a school and unlawful possession of methamphetamine-less than one ounce. Couch was lodged in jail without bail. 

Assault — Joel Daniel Dixon, 58, of the 3000 block of Eldorado Drive, Medford. A Jackson County Circuit Court Judge set custody and release conditions for Dixon, who was arrested on charges of second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. Dixon is lodged in jail on $25,000 bail and is also facing federal charges. 

Theft — Kenneth Alan Hubbard, 35, of the 1000 block of Berkeley Way, Medford. Eagle Police arrested Hubbard Tuesday on a charge of first-degree theft. Hubbard was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Escape, failure to appear, parole violation — Jeffrey Lynn Kenton, 61, of the 14000 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Kenton Tuesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and third-degree escape. Kenton was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Kenton was also arrested on a parole violation for first-degree arson. Kenton was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail. 

Failure to appear — Gregory Stewart Killingsworth, 43, no known address. Medford police arrested Killingsworth on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree forgery. Killingsworth was lodged in jail without bail. 

Trespass, failure to appear — Andrea Denise Linn, 48, no known address. Medford police arrested Linn Tuesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree disorderly conduct. Linn was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Linn was lodged in jail without bail. 

Unlawful use of a weapon — Trevor Paul Marion, 35, of the 5000 block of Carberry Creek Road, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Marion Tuesday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon. Marion was lodged in jail and released.

Strangulation — Sean Timothy McKerlie, 26, of the 600 block of Berrydale Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested McKerlie Tuesday on felony charges of strangulation-domestic abuse, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault and driving under the influence of alcohol. McKerlie was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Daniel Joseph Pilkington, 30, of the 1000 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Pilkington Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. Pilkington was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
