Arrests

Failure to appear — Richard John Burgan 3rd, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Burgan Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of hit-and-run resulting in injury, third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangering, reckless driving and second-degree theft. Burgan was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Lynae Marie Ellis, 20, of the 700 block of Haven Road, Applegate. Medford police arrested Ellis Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Ellis was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Cody Lee Johnson, 37, of the 100 block of Lincoln Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Johnson Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, theft of services, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Johnson was lodged in jail on $27,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Niko Tanner Jones, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Jones Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm or ammunition and third-degree theft. Jones was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, failure to appear — Alyssa Rae Leiby-Wise, 25, of the 20th block of Elm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Leiby-Wise Thursday on a charge of first-degree theft and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Leiby-Wise was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Aggravated harassment — Julian Bradley Mendoza, of the 500 block of Clay Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Mendoza Thursday on charges of aggravated harassment, misdemeanor harassment, second-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, reckless driving, resisting arrest and attempting to elude police by vehicle. Mendoza was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal trespass — Daniel George Montgomery, 45, of the 2000 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Montgomery Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal trespass and contempt of court for violating a stalking order. Montgomery was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft. Montgomery was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Mark William Taylor, 39, of the 1000 block of Pine Grove Road, Rogue River. Rogue River police arrested Taylor Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct. Taylor was lodged in jail without bail.

Parole violation — Bryce Chad Lunsford, 30, of the 3000 block of Avenue H, White City. Parole and probation officers arrested Lunsford Tuesday on a parole violation for attempted first-degree sexual abuse. Lunsford was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic abuse — Saul Uriel Nunez, 22, of the 1000 block Meadows Lane, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Nunez Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Nunez was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Alisha Renee Pauwell, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Pauwell Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree child neglect, first-degree theft and second-degree theft. Pauwell was lodged in jail without bail.
