- Queen tribute band Queen Nation will close out the 2024 Jackson County Fair concert series on July 20.
Experience four music performances during the 2024 Jackson County Fair, scheduled to take place July 16-21 at The Expo in Central Point.
38 Special — After more than four decades together, 38 Special continues bringing a signature blast of Southern Rock to over 100 cities annually. With sales of more than 20 million, most associate the band with their arena-rock smash hits such as “Hold On Loosely,” “Rockin’ Into the Night,” “Caught Up in You,” “Fantasy Girl,” “If I’d Been the One,” “Back Where You Belong,” and more. This performance is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 17. Lawn seats are free with fair admission. Reserved seats are $45-$60; includes fair admission.
Josh Turner — For two decades, Turner’s deep voice has been the most recognizable on country radio. In 2003, Turner’s title track, “Long Black Train,” was his breakthrough single release. His music includes several No. 1 hits: “Your Man,” “Would You Go with Me,” “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” and “All Over Me,” “Time is Love” and many more chart-topping country songs. The performance is set for at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 18. Lawn seats are free with fair admission. Reserved seats are $45-$60; includes fair admission.
Clay Walker — Discovered in a Beaumont, Texas-area bar by James Stroud —producer and head of Giant Records — Walker was in his early 20s when he started rattling off a string of smash hits, such as “Live Until I Die,” “Dreaming With My Eyes Open,” “This Woman And This Man,” “Hypnotize the Moon,” and others. His self-titled debut album rocketed to platinum status, the first of four to cross the million-sold mark. Walker’s performance is set for 7 p.m. Friday, July 19. Lawn seats are free with fair admission. Reserved seats are $45-$60; includes fair admission.
