Patricia (Pat) Humphrey passed away in Medford on January 14, 2024. She was born on May 30, 1936 in Estes Park, Colorado, the daughter of Dr. Ralph and Mary Belle Gordon. The family moved to Salem, Oregon when she was a young child. She grew up in Salem, graduated from

Patricia (Pat) Humphrey passed away in Medford on January 14, 2024. She was born on May 30, 1936 in Estes Park, Colorado, the daughter of Dr. Ralph and Mary Belle Gordon. The family moved to Salem, Oregon when she was a young child. She grew up in Salem, graduated from South Salem High and then attended the University of Oregon.

She married her high school sweetheart, John Humphrey in 1955. Their son Jeff was born in Salem, and they moved to Medford in 1958 where their sons Michael, Gordon and daughter Lori were born.

She was very active in volunteer activities in Medford, including the Junior League and PEO. She loved to play bridge weekly with the same group of ladies for over 50 years. She was a member of the Rogue Valley Country Club where she played tennis and then golf. She and John wintered and played golf in Palm Desert, California. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband John in 2012.

She is survived by Jeff and Susan Humphrey of Dallas, Oregon, Michael Humphrey of Long Beach, California, Gordon and Monica Humphrey of Medford and Lori Humphrey of Medford. Also survived by grandchildren Aaron, Elizabeth, Nathan, Brandon, Stephanie, Rachel and Sarah, and 4 great-grandchildren. Private family services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to PEO Chapter CG, 1641 Veranda Park Drive #306, Medford, Oregon 97504.
