Arrests

Failure to appear — Shawn Patrick Case, 54, no known address. Medford police arrested Case Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Case was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Frank O. Ceideburg, 59, of the 3000 block of Antelope Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ceideburg Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine-less than one ounce. 

Sexual abuse — Jose Luis Enriquez, 57, of the 500 block of Alberts Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Enriquez Saturday on charges of second-degree sexual abuse, third-degree sexual abuse, sexual misconduct and public indecency. Enriquez was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Donavan Eugene Harding, 32, no known address. Talent police arrested Harding Sunday on charges of unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of heroin, felony and misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Harding was lodged in jail without bail. 

Felon in possession of a firearm, parole violation — Michael Jay Blakenley, 26, of the 1000 block of 8th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Blakenley Saturday on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm and a parole violation for unlawful use of a weapon. Blakenley was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Claudia Jean Linker, 63, of the 300 block of Lozier Court, Medford. Medford police arrested Linker Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. 

Failure to appear — Alexandra Nicole Lis, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Lis Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Lis was lodged in jail and released. 

Identity theft — Robert Patrick Losinger, 40, of the 100 block of South Main Street, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Losinger Sunday on charges of identity theft, third-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Losinger was lodged in jail and released. 

Failure to appear — Timmy McDonald, 57, no known address. Medford police arrested McDonald Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. McDonald was lodged in jail without bail. 

Resisting arrest, probation violation, failure to appear — Dustin Roger Palmer, 41, no known address. Ashland police arrested Palmer Friday on a charge of resisting arrest. Palmer was also arrested on a probation violation for driving under the influence of alcohol and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of harassment. Palmer was lodged in jail without bail. 

Theft by receiving — Garrett Robert Petrey, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Petrey Saturday on a felony charge of theft by receiving and misdemeanor unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Petrey was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Nancy Marizol Villa, 37, of the 800 block of Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Villa Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. Villa was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Evan Dyami Coburn, 24, of the 700 block of Crate Lake Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Coburn Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft and third-degree theft. Coburn was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Scott Mark Dixon, 61, no known address. Medford police arrested Dixon Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Dixon was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Robbery, theft — Andrew Michael Girard, 36, of the 3000 block of Palmyra Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Girard Friday on charges of third-degree robbery and third-degree theft. Girard was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Jesse Joseph Grogan Sr., 49, no known address. Ashland police arrested Grogan Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of interfering with a police, parole or probation officer and second-degree criminal trespass.

Theft, attempted entry into a motor vehicle — Russell Lance Kamler, 40, of the 1000 block of West Main Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kamler Saturday on charges of third-degree theft and attempted unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Kamler was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Sexual abuse — Mark Christopher Omotoy II, 33, of the 600 block of Rockwood Lane, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Omotoy Friday on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sexual abuse. Omotoy was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Nisan Babou Plotnick, 43, of the 2000 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Plotnick Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of offensive littering. Plotnick was lodged in jail and released.

Criminal trespass — Gregory Robert Ryan, 41, no known address. Ashland police arrested Ryan Friday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass. Ryan was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Unauthorized motor vehicle use — Eric Allen Schneeman, 33, of the 18000 block of North Applegate Road, Applegate. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Schneeman Saturday on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Schneeman was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Cassandra Nicole Stovall, 36, of the 80th block of Gibbon Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Stoval Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on felony and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault. Stovall was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and harassment.
