Arrests
Theft, forgery — Tina Marie Benson, 53, of the 9900 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Benson Friday on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree forgery, criminal possession of a forgery device and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Benson was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Christopher Shane Boyce, 33, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Boyce Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree criminal trespass and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Boyce was lodged in jail without bail.
Parole violation — Jamal William Claybourne, 32, no known address. Parole and probation officers arrested Claybourne Friday on a parole violation for first-degree sexual abuse. Claybourne was lodged in jail without bail.
Theft — Larry Alvin Davis, 32, of the 600 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Davis Thursday on a charge of first-degree theft. Davis was lodged in jail on $22,500 bail.
Parole violation — Ricardo Daniel Escobar, 30, of the 3800 block of Strawberry Fields, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Escobar Friday on a parole violation for first-degree burglary and charges of reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Escobar was lodged in jail without bail.
Tampering with a witness — John Earl Gray, 40, of the 2300 block of Temple Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Gray Thursday on a charge of tampering with a witness. Gray was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.
Sexual abuse — Michael Scott Hines, 34, of the 5500 block of Teakwood Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Hines Friday on four charges of third-degree sexual abuse and a charge of second-degree sexual abuse. Hines was lodged in jail without bail.
Parole violation, criminal trespass — Benjamin Roma Miller, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Miller Friday on a parole violation for first-degree attempted burglary, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Miller was lodged in jail without bail.
Theft, criminal trespass — Jordan Michael Miller, 30, of the 23600 block of Highway 62, Trail. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Miller Thursday on charges of second-degree theft, mail theft, second-degree criminal trespass, attempting to elude police by vehicle, third-degree theft, reckless driving, reckless endangering and giving false information to a peace officer. Miller was lodged in jail on $37,500 bail.
Drugs — Irvin Jael Tavizon-Vidana, 26, of the 400 block of Brittany Way, Salem. Medford police arrested Tavizon-Vidana Friday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Tavizon-Vidana was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
