Arrests

Attempted coercion — Andrew Julio Booth, 34, of the 200 block of Poplar Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Booth Wednesday for attempted coercion. Booth was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to report as a sex offender — Justin Carl Fakes, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Fakes Thursday on a felony charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Fakes was also arrested on a parole violation for first-degree burglary. Fakes, a registered sex offender, was lodged in jail without bail. 

Criminal trespass, theft — Ray James Feeler, 26, of the 500 block of Foss Road, Talent. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge set custody and release conditions for Feeler, who was arrested on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Feeler was lodged in jail on $1,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Rebecca Fransisca Reyes, 46, of the 300 block of Haven Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Reyes Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of fourth-degree assault. Reyes was lodged in jail and released.

Burglary, criminal mischief — David Allen Sankey, 32, no known address. A Jackson County Circuit Court judge on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and harassment. Sankey was lodged in jail on $55,000 bail.

Theft — Jodi Leigh Tannehill, 48, of the 4000 block of Highland Avenue, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tannehill on a charge of first-degree theft. Tannehill was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to report as a sex offender — Robert Wayne Walsh II, 50, of the 1000 block of Sunset Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Walsh Thursday on a felony charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Walsh was also arrested on a charge of second-degree theft. Walsh was lodged in jail and released. 

Contempt of court, failure to appear — Kenneth Leon Watley, 65, of the 6000 block of Pinehurst Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Watley Thursday on a charge of contempt of court for violating a stalking order. Watley was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of stalking. Watley was lodged in jail without bail.
