Arrests

Fugitive — Joel William Bowman, 50, of the 500 block of 552 Tuohy Street, Tulare, California. Talent police arrested Bowman Tuesday on a warrant as a fugitive from justice wanted in California. Bowman was also arrested on a charge of reckless driving and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of hit-and-run resulting in property damage. Bowman was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Trace Amber Clary, 41, of the 1000 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Clary Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Clary was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, failure to appear — Mahdi Kohl Eider, 24, of the 900 block of Kenyon Street, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Eider Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Eider was also arrested on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, third-degree theft and providing false information to a peace officer. Eider was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Mac Frederick Mc Clintick, 46, of the 800 block of Narregan Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mc Clintick on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful import, manufacture, transfer or sale of firearms. Mc Clintick was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on unlawful possession of prohibited firearms or silencers. Mc Clintick was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Levi Carl Morgan, 44, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Morgan Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Morgan was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Controlled substances, failure to appear — Craig Richard Mulder, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Mulder Tuesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful manufacture, possession and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance. Mulder was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation for aggravated first-degree theft. Mulder was lodged in jail without bail. 

Failure to appear — Daniel Dewayne Plaza, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Plaza Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Plaza was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

False information to police, failure to appear — Luis N. Ramos-Baltazar, 40, of the 100 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ramos-Baltazar Tuesday on a charge of providing false information to a police officer. Ramos-Baltazar was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of strangulation-domestic violence, fourth-degree assault-domestic violence, harassment and second-degree theft. 

Theft, failure to appear — Rebecca Jo Weaver, 47, of the 1000 block of Meridian Street, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Weaver on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Weaver was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Sara Renee Wyatt, 37, of the 200 block of Jeanette Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Wyatt Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Wyatt was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
