Arrests

Methamphetamine, failure to appear — Jon Starr David, 40, of the 800 block of Owl Mine Road, Orleans, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested David Monday on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. David was arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief. David was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Attempting to elude police — Oscar Flores, 25, of the 2000 block of Arlington Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Flores Monday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Flores was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.

Failure to appear — Andrew Michael Girard, 36, of the 3000 block of Palmayer Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Girard Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Girard was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — Ashley Nicole Guevarra, 36, of the 800 block of Westrop Drive, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Guevarra Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Guevarra was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. 

Failure to appear — David Allen Guevarra, 62, no known address. Central Point police arrested Guevarra Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of hit-and-run resulting in property damage. Guevarra was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Rory James Pomeroy, 35, no known address. Jacksonville police arrested Pomeroy Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Pomeroy was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. 

Criminal trespass, failure to appear — Gregory Robert Ryan, 41, no known address. Ashland police arrested Ryan Sunday on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Ryan was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. Ryan was lodged in jail without bail.

Assault — Wyatt F. Salo, 25, of the 700 block of Evergreen Drive, Prospect. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Salo Sunday on charges of first-degree assault and second-degree assault. Salo was lodged in jail on $200,000 bail. 

Criminal trespass — Christopher Scruggs Jr., 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Scruggs Monday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, harassment, first-degree burglary, stalking, telephonic harassment and second-degree criminal trespass. Scruggs was lodged in jail without bail. 

Domestic abuse — Casey Lee Wnorowski, 40, of the 1000 block of Dixie Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Wnorowski Monday on charges of second-degree assault-domestic violence and unlawful use of a weapon. Wnorowski was also arrested on a parole violation for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Wnorowski was lodged in jail without bail.
