Herbert, Orr for judgeships
Christine Herbert has the most experience, is the most qualified and without a doubt the best choice for judge.
Judge David Orr is an excellent judge and should be reelected.
For nearly 40 years in Jackson County, I have been a prosecutor, defense attorney and family law.
I support Christine Herbert based on the following: Christine is an excellent trial attorney, always well-prepared, and has specialized in criminal, family (civil), and juvenile law. She is an extremely hard worker, often working weekends and evenings. She is compassionate and has the temperament to be a judge, which is not something someone can learn.
I have appeared several times before Judge David Orr and have observed him preside over other cases. I have found Judge Orr to be well-prepared, knowledgeable, and respectful of all parties and attorneys.
In my opinion, he is an excellent judge.

Davis for Circuit Court judge
Joe Davis has the skills and attributes needed to be a Circuit Court judge. He is experienced, fair, honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He knows the law and is loaded with common sense. We have personally benefited from his expertise and wise counsel.
We appreciate his devotion to family and community.
He has always been involved and engaged in his children’s academics and extracurricular activities. Our own son benefited from Joe’s efforts as a YMCA coach. He also supports his amazing spouse in her career endeavors and own pursuits as an advocate for the underserved.
Joe serves his community. He has volunteered at the ground level and has served on the YMCA board, the Living Opportunities Board, and the RCC Board.
Joe has a depth of legal experience in family law, business law and as a prosecutor in Multnomah County.
Joe Davis has our vote and we hope he has yours.

Herbert for Circuit Court judge
Recently I attended a meet & greet reception for Christine Herbert, a candidate for Jackson County Circuit Court judge. Christine made a presentation and answered all questions.
She has the background and experience which make her an ideal candidate for our vacant judge position. I am particularly impressed that she has nearly a quarter of a century of experience working as a trial lawyer in criminal, juvenile and family law cases.
In addition, Christine has a very calm temperament to make rational and important decisions for others. Please join me in voting for Christine Herbert for Judge.

Herbert for Circuit Court judge
I am writing this letter to recommend voting for Christine Herbert for the Judge position, seat 5. I was so grateful to be represented by Christine in a child modification custody case.
Christine has an exceptionally strong eye for detail, she’s knowledgeable, fair, and hard-working. Jackson County would be so blessed to have her on the bench; not only is she an outstanding attorney — but I know she’d make even a more outstanding judge, and her background and experience will shine through.
It’s time for Jackson County to have
a judge that is fair and will listen to all the facts and give everybody a fair chance.
