Arrests

Failure to appear — Donald Ray Andresen, 41, of the 300 block of North Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Andresen Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Andresen was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Pablo Arrola-Herrera, 47, of the 600 block of Market Street, Trail. Talent police arrested Arrola-Herrera Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and reckless driving.

Robbery, failure to appear, fugitive — Matthew Jay Burke, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Burke Monday on charges of third-degree robbery, third-degree theft and harassment. Burke was also arrested on warrants as a fugitive from justice wanted in Curry and Clatsop counties. In addition, Burke was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving, as well as on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft. Burke was lodged in jail without bail.

Robbery — Kya Mystique Collins, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Collins Monday on a charge of third-degree robbery. Collins was lodged in jail and released.

Failure to appear — Kaitlyn Elaine Cook, 32, of the 1000 block of Sunglo Drive, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Cook Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree theft. Cook was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Domestic abuse — Jamie Gilbert, 55, of the 20th block of North Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gilbert Sunday on charges of second-degree assault-domestic violence, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and unlawful use of a weapon-domestic violence.

Failure to appear — Jonathan Anthony Kinsella, 51, of the 1000 block of Hollyhock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Kinsella Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, aggravated first-degree theft, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of methamphetamine-less than one ounce, unlawful possession of prohibited firearms or silencers, first-degree theft, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Kinsella was lodged in jail on $43,000 bail.

Failure to appear — Sabrina Koren Lee, 48, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lee Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Lee was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Damian Wayne Rankin, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Rankin Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Rankin was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Burglary — Russell James Thurnbauer, 32, of the 1000 block of the Hybiscus Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Thurnbauer Monday on charges of first-degree burglary, stalking, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal mischief. Thurnbauer was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Josey Lee Turner, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Turner Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of city ordinance offense. Turner was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Fugitive — Patricia Burke Williamson, 64, no known address. Ashland police arrested Williamson Saturday on a warrant as a fugitive from justice wanted in Idaho. Williamson was lodged in jail without bail.
