Arrests

Failure to appear — Tianna Lynn Carrier, 45, no known address. Medford police arrested Carrier Monday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Carrier was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Assault, robbery — Arion Derrick Claypool-Barnes, 41, of the 3000 block of Highway 66, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Claypool-Barnes Monday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, third-degree robbery, coercion and menacing. Claypool-Barnes was lodged in jail without bail.

Kidnapping — Brayden Travis Love, 23, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Love Monday on felony charges of second-degree kidnapping and coercion. Love was also arrested on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Love was lodged in jail without bail.

Identity theft, mail theft — Katrina Lynn McDonald, 26, of the 900 block of Northeast D Street, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested McDonald on charges of mail theft, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, identity theft, first-degree forgery, second-degree forgery, first-degree theft and second-degree theft. McDonald was lodged in jail and released.

Criminal mischief — Anthony Scott Falco, 18, of the 1000 block of Gravenstein Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Falco Saturday on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. Falco was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assault on a peace officer — Mariah Lynn Rogan, 47, no known address. Ashland police arrested Rogan Sunday on charges of resisting arrest, obstructing governmental or judicial administration, assault on a peace or public safety officer, contempt of court and third-degree criminal mischief. Rogan was also arrested on a probation violation for fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Rogan was lodged in jail without bail.

Suspended or revoked license — James Miles Taylor, 68, of the 1000 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Taylor Saturday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked. Taylor was lodged in jail and released.

Fugitive — Tyler Sylvan Ulrey, 28, of the 500 block of South Shasta Avenue, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Ulrey Saturday on a warrant as a fugitive from justice in Washington state. Ulrey was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Rebecca Jean Young, 36, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Young Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of contempt of court. Young was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Dawn Kuihelani Baltero, 54, of the 200 block of Jeanette Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Baltero Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Baltero was lodged in jail without bail.

Aggravated harassment — Jordan Aaron Mitchell Cook, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Cook Friday on charges of aggravated harassment, interfering with a police, parole or probation officer and second-degree disorderly conduct. Cook was also arrested on a probation violation. Cook was lodged in jail without bail.

Vehicle theft — Christopher Morgan Eccles, 26, of the 300 block of East 12th Avenue, Eugene. Central Point police arrested Eccles Saturday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and driving while suspended or revoked. Eccles was lodged in jail and released.

Attempted murder — Martin Ollila, 43, of the 6000 block of Foley Lane, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ollila Saturday on charges of attempted second-degree murder, attempted first-degree assault, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. Ollila was also arrested on a probation violation. Ollila was lodged in jail without bail.

Robbery — Case Smith, 23, of the 200 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Smith Saturday on charges of third-degree robbery, unlawful possession of a firearm or ammunition, and harassment. Smith was lodged in jail and released.

Burglary — Samuel Edward Smith, 51, no known address. Talent police arrested Smith Friday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Smith was lodged in jail and released.

Sexual abuse — Jesus Bernabe Tena Rosales, 20, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tena Rosales Saturday on a charge of third-degree sexual abuse. Tena Rosales was lodged in jail without bail.
