Arrests

Probation violation — Zachary Ryan Estremado, 29, of the 700 block of Galls Creek Road, Gold Hill. Parole and probation officers arrested Estremado Tuesday on a probation violation for first-degree aggravated theft. Estremado was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs — Emilio Gonzalez Uribe, 28, of the 700 block of McAndrews Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Gonzalez Uribe Tuesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of cocaine, failure to carry or present a license to a police officer, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of cocaine. Gonzalez Uribe was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Zane Raynier Hatcher, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Hatcher Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree aggravated theft. Hatcher was lodged in jail without bail.

Theft, invasion of privacy — Michael Anthony Hughes, 34, of the 300 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hughes Wednesday on charges of first-degree theft and first-degree invasion go personal privacy. Hughes was lodged in jail without bail.

Reckless driving — Brian Duane Martinez, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Martinez Wednesday on charges of reckless driving, attempting to elude police by vehicle and reckless endangering. Martinez was lodged in jail without bail.

Drugs — Dagni Ann McElroy, 58, of the 600 block of Kylee Ann, Medford. Medford police arrested McElroy Friday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful delivery of heroin and felon in possession of a firearm. McElroy was lodged in jail without bail.

Arson, criminal mischief — Jonathan Paul Miner, 43, of the 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Miner Wednesday on charges of first-degree arson, first-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Miner was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Ryan Dean Overby, 41, of the 300 block of Morningside Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Overby Wednesday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Overby was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Amber Lynn Ziegler, 29, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Ziegler Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful possession of heroin and unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. Ziegler was lodged in jail on $80,000 bail.

Burglary — Kevin Thomas Lee Carson Heater, 33, off the 100 block of Onyx Street, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Heater Wednesday on charges of first-degree burglary, strangulation-domestic abuse, interfering with a peace, probation or parole officer, fourth-degree assault, third-degree escape, coercion, harassment and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. Heater was lodged in jail without bail.
