UPDATE: Woman missing in downtown Ashland has been found

Ashland police ask anyone who's seen this missing woman to contact the department.

The 71-year-old woman who went missing in downtown Ashland on Sunday has been found safe, according to Ashland Police Department.

Ashland police have asked the public in the downtown and Lithia Park areas of Ashland to be on the lookout for a missing 71-year-old white female with gray hair, a pink shirt and teal shorts, according to a city police department Facebook post.

Zue went missing after a group outing. Due to health conditions and the heat today, she is believed to be endangered, according to the announcement.

She was last seen near the front lawn of Lithia Park at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, wearing a pink, long-sleeved shirt and teal shorts. She is a white female with gray hair, slightly below shoulder length. The photo of her is from an earlier stop today at a local business. It is possible she became confused and lost her way back to her group.
