Arrests

Probation violation — Tevin Daniel Dominguez, 32, of the 1500 block of Grand Avenue, Medford. Parole and probation officers arrested Dominguez Wednesday on a probation violation for first-degree burglary. Dominguez was lodged in Jackson County Jail without bail.

Felon in possession of a restricted weapon — Alex Adrian Enriquez, 31, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Enriquez Tuesday on a charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and a parole violation for felon in possession of a firearm. Enriquez was lodged in Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to report as a sex offender — John Thomas Haynes, 66, no known address. Medford police arrested Haynes Wednesday on a probation violation for failure to report as a sex offender. Haynes was lodged in Jackson County Jail without bail.

Theft, aggravated identity theft — Curtis Patrick Robinson, 30, of the 700 block of South Fourth Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Robinson Tuesday on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft, third-degree theft, aggravated identity theft and giving false information to a peace officer. Robinson was lodged in Jackson County Jail on $12,500 bail.

Domestic abuse — Oliver Wolfgang Smith, 29, of the 1100 block of Barber Drive, Eugene. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Smith Wednesday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse and fourth-degree assault. Smith was lodged in Jackson County Jail on $25,000 bail.

Fugitive — John Snyder, 43, no known address. Ashland police arrested Snyder Tuesday on a warrant as a fugitive from justice wanted in California. Snyder was lodged in Jackson County Jail and extradited to California.

Probation violation — Valerie Valine Vargas, 40, of the 3000 block of Milhoan Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Vargas Tuesday on a probation violation for first-degree theft. Vargas was lodged in Jackson County Jail without bail.

Probation violation — Brian Lynn Compton, 56, of the 1900 block of Sunrise Way, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Compton Monday on a probation violation for stalking. Compton was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Identity theft, forgery — Joseph Henry Gonsalez, 42, of the 500 block of Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gonsalez Saturday on charges of identity theft and second-degree forgery. Gonsalez was lodged in Jackson County Jail on $50,000 bail.

Fugitive — Timothy Michael Leahy, 37, of the 19700 block of Antioch Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Leahy Monday on a fugitive warrant from Nevada and charges of second-degree theft and third-degree theft. Leahy was lodged in Jackson County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Parole violation — Marvin Lee Roberts, 66, no known address. Talent police arrested Roberts Tuesday on a parole violation for first-degree sodomy. Roberts was lodged in Jackson County Jail without bail.

Sexual abuse, disorderly conduct — Kevin Harris Stanley, 59, no known address. Medford police arrested Stanley Monday on charges of third-degree sexual abuse, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. Stanley was lodged in Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
