Arrests

Disorderly conduct, aggravated harassment — Courtney Tamone Lamar Abney, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Abney Tuesday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, aggravated harassment and resisting arrest, as well as a parole violation for second-degree sexual abuse. Abney was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Theft — Thomas Farrell Bryan, 41, no known address. Central Point police arrested Bryan Monday on charges of first-degree theft. Bryan was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear, criminal trespass — Graham Phillip Denne, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Denne Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of carrying of concealed weapons and a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Denne was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic abuse — George Everette Garibay, 49, of the 2800 block of Wilson Way, White City. Medford police arrested Garibay on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and coercion, along with a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license. Garibay was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs — Kirby Stewart Gillespie, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Gillespie Tuesday on charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and first-degree criminal trespass. Gillespie was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Criminal trespass, disorderly conduct — Nicholas John Knowles, 44, no known address. Medford police arrested Knowles Tuesday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Knowles was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assault — Malala Polataivao, 35, of the 3400 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Polataivao Monday on charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. Polataivao was lodged in jail on $20,000 bail.
