Arrests

Criminal trespass — Derek Joseph Atler, 29, of the 31300 block of Candis Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Atler Thursday on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Atler was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Criminal trespass — Sandy Mary Guy, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Guy Thursday on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Guy was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Theft, criminal trespass — Andrew Yung Sam Hecker, 43, no known address. Ashland police arrested Hecker Thursday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft, third-degree theft, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment as well as warrants for failure to appear on charges of third-degree robbery, third-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct. Hecker was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail.

Parole violation — Scott Michael Jones, 31, no known address. Ashland police arrested Jones Wednesday on a parole violation for second-degree robbery and a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Jones was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assault, disorderly conduct — Jacob James Long, 38, no known address. Ashland police arrested Long Thursday on charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. Long was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Justin John Morton, 45, no known address. Ashland police arrested Morton Wednesday on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass and warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of a marijuana item, unlawful delivery of a marijuana item and felon in possession of a firearm. Morton was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

Fraudulent use of a credit card — Joseph Brandon Roberts, 52, of the 2200 block of Fairbanks Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Roberts Thursday on charges of interfering with a peace officer, fraudulent use of a credit card and resisting arrest. Roberts was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Assault, disorderly conduct — Cristina Frances Trejo, 38, no known address. Medford police arrested Trejo Wednesday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree assault. Trejo was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
