Aggravated harassment, criminal trespass — Chelsea Starr Burke, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Burke Friday on charges of aggravated harassment, second-degree criminal trespass, assault on a peace or public safety officer, resisting arrest and harassment. Burke was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Drugs, criminal trespass — Haley Marie Fleming, 30, of the 100 block of Rivers Edge Drive, Gold Hill. Central Point police arrested Fleming Friday on charges of unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, reckless endangering, second-degree criminal trespass and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Fleming was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Fugitive — Jacob Jones, 23, of the 2100 block of Sanctuary Court, Beach Virginia, Virginia. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jones Thursday on a warrant as a fugitive from California and charges of giving false information to a police officer and interfering with a peace officer. Jones was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Spencer Phillip Ryder, 28, of the 10000 block of Redwood Highway, Wilder. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ryder Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and giving false information to a peace officer. Ryder was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Johnathon Cayetano Zavala, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Zavala Friday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and obstructing government or judicial administration. Zavala was lodged in jail without bail.

Fugitive — Robert Scott Disselkamp, 61, no known address. Medford police arrested Disselkamp Saturday on a warrant as a fugitive from California and a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Disselkamp was lodged in jail without bail.

Domestic abuse — Baudelio Escalante-Orozco, 52, no known address. Medford police arrested Escalante-Orozco Saturday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon-domestic violence, contempt of court for violating a restraining order, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, menacing-domestic abuse and coercion. Escalante-Orozco was lodged in jail without bail.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants — Carlyn Renee Althof, 53, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Althof Saturday on charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Althof was lodged in jail without bail.

Attempted unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct — Christian Anthony Brooms, 24, no known address. Ashland police arrested Brooms Saturday on charges of attempted unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Brooms was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Criminal trespass — Carl Miller, 38, of the 100 block of Edith Circle, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Miller Saturday on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. Miller was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Chris Roberts, 40, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Roberts Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence of intoxicants and harassment. Roberts was lodged in jail without bail.
