Failure to appear — Bria Jill Anderson, 33, of the 3700 block of Southeast Carnes Street, Roseburg. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Anderson Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of endangering the welfare of a minor, unlawful possession of heroin, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass, first-degree theft, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft. Anderson was lodged in the Jackson County jail on $30,000 bail.
Animal abandonment — John Mitchell Grossman, 38, no known address. Ashland police arrested Grossman Friday on charges of animal abandonment and second-degree criminal trespass. Grossman was lodged in jail without bail.
Domestic abuse — Dakota James Haley, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Haley Friday on charges of endangering-family abuse prevention act, strangulation-domestic abuse and fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. Haley was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to report as a sex offender — Ethan Monroe Morse, 47, of the 5300 block of Highway 66, Ashland. Talent police arrested Morse on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Morse was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Pascual Padilla, 48, of the 6900 block of Millwood Avenue, Canoga Park, California. Medford police arrested Padilla Thursday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. Padilla was lodged in jail on $150,000 bail.
Criminal trespass, animal neglect — Ty Michael Keenan, 22, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Keenan Saturday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree animal neglect and second-degree disorderly conduct. Keenan was lodged in jail without bail.
Robbery, attempted theft — Frank William Kluberspies, 48, of the 80 block of Kings Berry Drive, Somerset, New Jersey. Ashland police arrested Kluberspies Saturday on charges of first-degree attempted theft, third-degree robbery, second-degree disorderly conduct, contempt of court for violating a restraining order and menacing. Kluberspies was lodged in jail without bail.
Criminal mischief, reckless endangering — Javier Rivera, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Rivera Saturday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, reckless endangering, second-degree attempted assault and attempting to elude police by vehicle. Rivera was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to report as a sex offender — Jesie Douglas Jones, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Jones Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Jones was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
