Arrests
Failure to appear — Christopher Pernell Alexander, 34, of the 11800 block of Southwest Tualatin Road, Tualatin. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Alexander Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. Alexander was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $20,000 bail.
Failure to appear, false information to a peace officer — James Kenneth Doyle, 36, of the 2900 block of Pennington Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Doyle Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and second-degree assault-domestic violence, along with a charge of giving false information to a peace officer. Doyle was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to report as a sex offender — Justin Howard Hendrickson, 31, of the 200 block of Wilson Road, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Hendrickson Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Hendrickson was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Donald Michael Lis, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Lis Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree child neglect, endangering the welfare of a minor, unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, unlawful manufacture of a schedule II controlled substance and a charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Lis was lodged in jail without bail.
Fugitive, drugs — Martin William Mitchell, 45, of the 200 block of Tussey Lane, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mitchell Tuesday on a warrant as a fugitive from California and a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Mitchell was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Jason Morava, 51, of the 400 block of Beeman Street, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Morava Tuesday on charges of hit and run vehicle-property damage, reckless driving, reckless endangering, driving under the influence of intoxicants and second-degree criminal mischief. Morava was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Domestic abuse — Marcos Barragan, 27, of the 2000 block of Hill Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Barragan Tuesday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse, fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse and harassment. Barragan was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $25,000 bail.
