Arrests
Probation violation — Julio Adrian Cervantes Buenrostro, 37, of the 2000 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Cervantes Buenrostro Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Cervantes Buenrostro was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail.
Failure to report as a sex offender — Justin Dee Chapman, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Chapman Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender and a charge of second-degree criminal trespass. Chapman was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to report as a sex offender — Raymond Thomas Gaston, 46, of the 800 block of Walnut Drive, Klamath Falls. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Gaston Wednesday on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender. Gaston was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Jacob Andrew Lambert, 34, of the 500 block of Marie Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lambert Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree theft. Lambert was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Theft, possession of burglary tools — Brandin Gregory McConkey, 40, of the 500 block of Effie Street, Medford. Medford police arrested McConkey Sunday on charges of second-degree theft, possession of burglary tools, mail theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft. McConkey was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.
Domestic abuse — Nicholas Calvin James McDonald, 35, of the 1300 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Medford police arrested McDonald Wednesday on charges of strangulation-domestic abuse and fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse. McDonald was lodged in jail without bail.
Forgery — Destany Lynn Snook, 26, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Snook Wednesday on a charge of first-degree forgery. Snook was lodged in jail without bail.
