Arrests
Failure to appear — Tanya Rita Bost, 45, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bost Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of attempted unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Bost was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
Disorderly conduct — Benjamin Bowater, 48, of the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Bowater Monday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Bowater was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Driving under the influence of intoxicants — Laurel Ann Brown, 37, of the 2800 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Brown Sunday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. Brown was lodged in jail without bail.
Reckless driving — Michael Aaron Cushman, 25, no known address. Ashland police arrested Cushman Monday on charges of attempting to elude police by vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked license and reckless driving. Cushman was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail.
Failure to appear — Cody Bill Eider, 31, of the 2100 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Eider Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree theft. Eider was lodged in jail without bail.
Assault, unlawful use of a weapon — Julian Bradley Mendoza, 42, no known address. Ashland police arrested Mendoza Sunday on charges of second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. Mendoza was lodged in jail on $100,000 bail.
Driving under the influence of intoxicants — Jamie Rene Vaninetti, 46, of the 4100 block of Dark Hollow Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Vaninetti Monday on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, giving false information to a peace officer, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and a probation violation for driving under the influence of intoxicants. Vaninetti was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
