A Memorial service for Larry B. Anderson Sr. will be held at the Rogue Valley Fellowship Chapel located at 648 S. Ivy Street Medford, OR on Saturday September 28, 2024 beginning at 11 a.m.
Mr. Anderson (88) of Medford Oregon, passed into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 22, 2024.
He was born March 23, 1936 in Sioux City, Iowa, and moved to San Diego in 1941 where he grew up. He later relocated to Palmdale, CA where he was employed and enjoyed a successful career.
He spent most of his professional career working for Lockheed Martin Corporation in the Aero Space industry where he rose through the ranks into several executive positions including Executive Vice President of the Ontario, CA plant. He moved to Marietta, GA in 1990 to merge Lockheed of Burbank, CA with Lockheed of Marietta, GA. In 1994, he retired and began residing in Medford, OR.
Mr. Anderson enjoyed flying his Cessna airplane for several years, and he logged many hours flying to work between the Palmdale and Burbank plants. In addition to flying, his passion was fishing the Klamath, Rogue and Chetco Rivers for Salmon and Steelhead, riding his Harley Davidson, driving hot rod cars and driving and showing his 1929 Model A.
He attended the Rogue Valley Fellowship where he served as an Elder, and he enjoyed participating in countless ministries throughout his life, including the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
Survivors including his wife Sally, are his children Tammy Enriquez and Cindy Camacho, Medford, OR, Butch Fischer, Pacific Grove, CA, Robin Kundis Craig, Lawrence, KS, Robert Kundis and Larry Anderson Jr., also of Medford.
