PERSONALITY: Delmar is an adorable 4-month-old short-haired black and silver tabby who was raised in a foster home with lots other foster kittens, adult cats and dogs. 

He is outgoing and sweet, and loves to play with the other kitties. Delmar would be happiest being adopted with one of his playmates at his foster home. Delmar is neutered, has had his kitten vaccinations and is microchipped.

ADOPTION FEE: $100, or adopt two cats or kittens and only pay one adoption fee through the FOTAS “2-Fur-1” program. Kitties need a friend.
