- Rogue Community College's student population grew from 8,366 in the 2022-23 academic year to 9,280 students in the 2023-24 year.
Students at Rogue Community College’s downtown Medford campus will have a new parking option this fall that should mean less searching for short-term spaces or paying at the terminal.
RCC has inked an agreement with the city making about 50 spaces available for students and staff near Medford’s Bear Creek South at 122 Almond St., according to a release issued by the community college and the RCC website.
The lighted spaces will be available when classes begin for fall term starting Monday, Sept. 30, and campus security will be able to escort students between the parking lot and campus.
The new spaces are for students with valid RCC permits. The permits can either be obtained online via the RCC student’s myRogue account or from Rogue Central inside the RCC/SOU Higher Education Center, 101 S. Bartlett St.
The parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning a permit does not guarantee a space will be available.
