Arrests

Failure to appear — Andrew Daniel Arzner, 30, of the 200 block of Eva Way, Talent. Medford police arrested Arzner Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. Arzner was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Possession of a stolen motor vehicle — Scott Anthony Chapman, 55, of the 700 block of Forest Creek Road, Jacksonville. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Chapman Thursday on a charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Chapman was lodged in jail without bail.

Sexual abuse — Korrey Ray Joshua Johnson, 38, of the 300 block of Eastwood Lane, Medford. Ashland police arrested Johnson Thursday on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree sexual penetration. Johnson was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to report as a sex offender — Jesse Daniel Kimbrough, 31, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Kimbrough Thursday on charges of failure to report as a sex offender and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Kimbrough was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Domestic abuse — Patrick Dakota Lauzon, 36, of the 200 block of Eagle Way, Talent. Talent police arrested Lauzon Thursday on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic abuse, strangulation-domestic abuse and harassment. Lauzon was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Tiffany Chantel Parker, 29, of the 800 block of Third Street, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Parker Thursday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree theft, third-degree theft, unlawful manufacture of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Parker was lodged in jail without bail.
