Arrests
Theft, drugs — Brendon Noel Rempillo, 30, no known address. Medford police arrested Rempillo Thursday on charges of third-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Rempillo was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to report as a sex offender — Nathan Bart Bak, 45, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Bak Friday on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge charge of failure to report as a sex offender and a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Bak was lodged in jail without bail.
Failure to appear — Kaylob Michael Combs-Cripps, 22, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Combs-Cripps Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and hit and run vehicle-property damage. Combs-Cripps was lodged in jail without bail.
Animal abuse — Cody Heath Lanear, 21, of the 2400 block of Sunnyview Lane, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Lanear Saturday on a charge of first-degree animal abuse. Lanear was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Felipe Andres Romero, 22, of the 300 block of Ogara Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Romero Saturday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of attempted unlawful manufacture of a Schedule I controlled substance, attempted unlawful delivery of a Schedule I controlled substance, unlawful possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, unlawful manufacture of cocaine, unlawful delivery of cocaine, unlawful possession of cocaine, reckless endangering, reckless driving and hit and run vehicle-property damage. Romero was lodged in jail without bail.
Drugs — David Aaron Xaros, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Xaros Saturday on charges of felon in possession of a firearm, driving under the influence of intoxicants, unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful manufacture of a Schedule II controlled substance and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Xaros was lodged in jail without bail.
Reckless driving — Crystal Lynn Henderson, 46, of the 1700 block of Serenity Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Henderson Saturday on charges of reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants, aggravated harassment and harassment. Henderson was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.
Failure to appear — Alexander Joseph Young, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Young Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft, first-degree forgery and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Young was lodged in jail without bail.
