Drugs, assault — Samantha Michelle Davis, 34, of the 3100 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Davis Tuesday on charges of unlawful possession of cocaine, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, first-degree criminal mistreatment, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, supplying contraband and a parole violation for third-degree robbery. Davis was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $500,000 bail.

Forgery, theft — Michael Alan Harrington, 33, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Harrington Wednesday on charges of first-degree forgery, first-degree theft, identity theft, first-degree aggravated theft and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Harrington was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs, assault — Bradley William Krauss, 43, of the 10 block of Morrel Court, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Krauss Wednesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree criminal trespass. Krauss was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Drugs, assault — Kathleen Marie Scroggins, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Scroggins Wednesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree criminal trespass. Scroggins was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Drugs, criminal trespass — Spencer Monte Todd Barnett, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Barnett Tuesday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Barnett was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Tiffany Marie Carroll, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Carroll Tuesday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of reckless burning, driving under the influence of intoxicants and second-degree criminal mischief. Carroll was lodged in jail without bail.

Failure to appear, drugs — Brian Alan Horn, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Horn Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and unlawful possession of methamphetamine as well as charges of unlawful delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful manufacture or delivery of a Schedule I, II or III controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Horn was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal mistreatment, drugs — Mitra Osho Orescan, 34, of the 3100 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Orescan Tuesday on charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Orescan was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance.

Failure to appear — Kathleen Marie Scroggins, 37, of the 2100 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Scroggins Tuesday on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a warrant for failure to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass. Scroggins was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance.

Felon in possession of a restricted weapon — Michael Robert Shepard, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Shepard Tuesday on charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for identity theft. Shepard was lodged in jail without bail.
