Felony arrests
Manslaughter — Cassie Jane Cavagnaro, 36, of the 100 block of Crews Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Cavagnaro Wednesday on new felony charges of first- and second-degree manslaughter, hit-and-run to an injured person and misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and hit-and-run property damage. Medford police originally arrested Cavagnaro Tuesday on a warrant for violating her parole on a prior first-degree burglary conviction. She was held in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail.
Aggravated Identity Theft — Casey James Dusenberry, 40, of the 11900 block of Meadows Road, White City. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Dusenberry Wednesday on a felony warrant charging him with aggravated identity theft and misdemeanor warrants charging him with providing false information to a police officer and failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree trespassing, reckless driving, providing false information regarding vehicle liability insurance, tampering with evidence, possessing methamphetamine and on a Josephine County warrant. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.
Drugs — Joshua Lee Sandusky, 46, no known address. On Wednesday, Sandusky made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of unlawfully possessing less than an ounce of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and third-degree theft. Medford police originally arrested Sandusky Tuesday on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and for violating his parole on a prior supplying contraband conviction. He was held in jail Thursday without bail.
Drugs — Anthony Ramon Solorio, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Solorio Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing more than an ounce of methamphetamine, manufacturing, delivering and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and felon in possession of a firearm. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies additionally arrested Solorio on a California warrant. He was held in jail Thursday on $250,000 bail.
Sex Offender — Jose Antonio Steiner, 42, no known address. On Wednesday, Steiner made an appearance on a felony charge of failing to report as a sex offender and a misdemeanor count of failing to report as a sex offender. Medford police originally arrested Steiner Tuesday on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and menacing. He was held in jail Thursday on $20,000 bail.
Elude — Spencer Delmar Trujillo, 25, of the 700 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Trujiillo Tuesday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and driving while suspended or revoked. He was booked into the jail Tuesday and released after posting bond.
Criminal Mistreatment — Jennifer Faye Wilkerson, 38, of the 100 block of Rachel Drive, Central Point. Ashland police arrested Wilkerson Wednesday on felony warrants charging her with two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment and a misdemeanor count of second-degree theft. She was booked into the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.
