Arrests

Failure to appear — Emmett Mitchell Avila, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Avila Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and menacing. Avila was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.

Failure to appear — Kya Mystique Collins, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Collins Sunday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft, third-degree robbery and harassment. Collins was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.

Disorderly conduct — Ashton Hunter Graziani, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Graziani Sunday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Graziani was lodged in jail on $6,000 bail.

Failure to appear, theft — Tyler James Libbett, 37, of the 900 block of West Evans Circle, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Libbett Monday on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree criminal trespass as well as a charge of third-degree theft. Libbett was lodged in jail without bail.

Criminal trespass, interfering with a peace officer — Thomas Lee Wall, 35, of the 200 block of South Orange Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Wall Monday on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, interfering with a peace officer and a parole violation for assault on a peace or public safety officer. Wall was lodged in jail without bail.
